Once you've ordered an item from Beautiful Tiaras we will despatch the order and it will arrive to your doorstep within 2-5 working days. All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard.

Postage

• All postal costs are calculated during the checkout process and are advised during the checkout process before you finally submit your order.
• United Kingdom orders fees are between £2.50 and £5.50.
• International orders fees are dependant on the destination.

Late Or Lost Deliveries

If your delivery is late in arriving at your doorstep then, contact us and we will check our tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery. As well as this we will provide you the tracking number so that you can check with your local sorting office. The majority of the time it's when an attempted delivery has occured and the postman has not left a calling card.

We cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 working days (21 working days for International delivery). Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 working days have passed (21 working days for International deliveries) and customers are advised to purchase the Special Delivery option to ensure the Jewellery item is fully insured.

Returns

We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met:

• All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy)
• Goods must be returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
• Postal costs will not be refunded.
• All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging, tiaras are sent in sealed clear plastic wrappers, this must remain intact, we can not refund tiaras returned without the wrapper or if the wrapper has been opened.
• It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and returns should be insured against transit damage or loss.
• We can not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.
